Life gets messy sometimes. Let's try to make sense of it.

Let's be real for a moment and acknowledge that life can be hard, and there are times where we feel overwhelmed, hopeless, or just over it. Sometimes this comes from periods where it feels like life is throwing everything it can at you until you snap. Other times its from past experiences that we've had that keep coming up and affect us in our day-to-day lives. Regardless of the reasoning, we all could use some extra support sometimes.

My goal is to create a space where you can feel safe, supported, and seen throughout your own process and journey. I offer virtual one-on-one counseling focused on supporting you in building new skills, finding relief from the things that continue to affect you, and creating lasting changes you want to see in your life.
